Have been trying to get them to come fix our aircon for nearly a year now with no luck. Now they ignore our emails when I try to get updates. Very unprofessional!

Called 4 times over 4 months. I was always told they would get back to me to sort out a time to fix my air conditioner (not working in winter). They never called me back. They clearly don't need the business. Certainly would not recommend Armidale Air Conditioning. Another in town was so much more efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Thoroughly recommend Armidale Aircon. Duncan quoted an install for my mothers house. Turned up on time, was courteous and explained everything in detail. Quote provided within 24 hours as promised. Dealt with Craig for scheduling and install. Great bloke, great job, no mucking about. Cleaned up after himself. Spoke with Debby in the office a couple of times, she was fabulous and very helpful offering any ongoing assistance to my mother if she needed help with the operation of the new machine. Overall, my experience was better than I could have expected. Duncan, Craig and Debby, many thanks for being kind to my mother and getting her heater installed so easily. Price was great also . Can’t recommend these guys enough. Very happy !

On time, professional, helpful and reliable. Good price/installation just fine. Used one season only of winter and summer as yet and very happy with operation. Installed two units for bedroom and lounge. Much, much cheaper than bottled gas. Highly recommend.

Just had Armidale Airconditioning install 9 split systems in some units we own. They came out and quoted the job, indicating it would be between 2.5 and 3 days work. On this basis I approved the quote. When the work was done it took a total of 10 hours, (one day and 2 hours to complete), however they invoiced me for the full amount quoted. If the work had gone over their quote, I am sure I would have been charged more, so how about a bit of honestly in your billing guys when it took so much less time. If I work it out, I have been charged $170 per hour for their labour, when they claim their hourly rate is $85. On top of this, I had to vacuum up gyprock dust and clean screws and bits of hardware from the carpet in all the units, and clean up the same outside. They also sold me on the idea of wall mounting the compressor units to save space outside, then proceeded to install them a foot off the ground. More money wasted. Not Happy at all with their work. We have more units in town to air condition, and will be using someone else.

Recently we had a power blackout. When the power came back on the reverse cycle heating kept turning off. I called Duncan and Chris at 7.30. Chris was here in less then an hour and fixed the problem at once. Brilliant service!!! You have restored my faith in local small business. Thank you
