Found Ryan on the Fujitsu website after my ducted system stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised by the service—he attended the next day, already had an idea of the possible reasons based on my description, provided an approximate cost, and had all the necessary spare parts ready. He definitely knew what he was doing: he fixed the AC, performed maintenance, and gave me a couple of handy tips. Most of the cost was for parts, the labor cost seemed fair, and his knowledge and experience were evident.

SAME DAY SERVICE! After a phone call in the morning Ryan added me into his schedule to come and have a look about air con and was able to finish the job at the same time. After trying several other places and struggling to get service has been fixed all in one day. Referred by a friend and highly recommend! Genuine, personable, honest with professional integrity.

Over the last couple of years we have used Ryan (Airfix) and have been very impressed with his knowledge on air conditioning. We have had zone motors replaced by Ryan that have been installed by other companies and then given extra advice like having air filters cleaned which we didn't know we had to do. The latest thing we had done was have a new Zone motor system put in as the air flow through out the house was really poor. Now we feel as if we have a whole new air conditioner! The system works so well we have to turn off the aircon because we are freezing. Over the years Airfix has done 3 jobs for me. One things that really stands out about Airfix is that Airfix has been on time every time, returned my calls and messages and did what was promised. No frustration and no wasting of my time. Respect!!! I don't even bother with competing quotes anymore.
