We really appreciated the effort that Tom went to in keeping the lawn and garden intact I’m connecting the sewerage to our place. He kept us up to date on the work done, was punctual and kept to the timeframe expected. Nothing was too much trouble! We had great, timely service from the guys at Copper Fox. A small, but tricky job that they did well. Got me to test it worked before they left. Using them for another small job next week. Easy company to deal with, good quoting system and they committed to their scheduled time.

Our chimney cowl blew off in recent strong winds. Tom came and made a temporary repair next day and we ordered a new cowl and Tom fitted it two days later. Good communication with Copper Fox and lots of follow up. I particularly liked the tracking option the service van has fitted. Tom is polite and easy to work with and I will be using them again.
