Justin and his team were great. Initially I asked them to come and uninstall my toilets and dishwasher due to getting new flooring done. As we were talking, Justin mentioned while he’d be happy to re-install the old ones, given my toilets and dishwasher were 14 years old, it would be beneficial to replace them if I could as it wouldn’t cost that much more for them to install the new ones. This was great advice and I’m so glad I did it. They had to do some problem-solving due to the original plumbing (not done by them) but Justin talked me through everything and they spent the day making sure everything was sorted. They even offered to break down the old toilets for me so they were easier to dispose of. They are so well priced too - J & G will now be my go-to plumber! Thanks team!

Left 3 messages for them to contact me, NO response. Gave up and got another plumber. Can't rate for the quality of work as they didn't attend. Poor that they can't be bothered to return my call. I even done a their on-line webpage request.

Fantastic response and service from Justin to get our hot water system replaced in 24 hours

We recently experienced a sudden burst pipe in our front yard and needed urgent assistance. After some research, we called Justin late on a Sunday evening. He was not only professional but also upfront about the potential costs and the work needed. Justin and his apprentice Max arrived first thing the next morning. They worked efficiently and made sure to explain each step to us, including the need to use a jackhammer to access the burst pipe. They were meticulous in their work and cleaned up the yard beautifully after finishing. What really stood out were their reasonable prices and the fact that there was no call-out fee, which is a rare find these days. I'm thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Highly recommend Justin and Max for anyone needing plumbing services!
