We had the most unfortunate experience of dealing with the worst movers ever! Avoid this company at all costs – trust me, you'll thank yourself later. Despite having moved countless times and worked with fantastic movers, this recent move was beyond frustrating. Despite their promise of three men, only two showed up, also lacking the promised manual pallet jack for our baby grand piano that was already in a crate. The unprofessionalism reached new heights as they attempted to reverse their truck into the storage box, with the piano precariously perched on a lift. Communication was also a challenge as these movers didn't speak any English, and their attire was far from professional. It turns out they were subcontractors, not genuine professionals, they were not capable of placing our things properly into the storage container like a real mover. We had to go inside the container to fit things inside instead of them and had to constantly tell them to place the items differently so we could get more in the container. To add insult to injury, we paid for three hours which 2 hours would be the actual moving time, but one worker abruptly decided to call it quits at an hour and a half, engaging in a heated exchange in their language. Oh and they took a break for ten minutes after working for 50 minutes and even after their break, one was on his phone for 15 more minutes while working. My wife tried to call the main office and they wouldn’t pick up the phone, recognizing her number. But the movers did connect us to their subcontractor boss instead who was not very professional as well. The frustration of this move surpassed anything we’ve ever experienced before

I booked a moving order on 25/08 morning, pushed myself up since 5 am morning and came across the city just wanted to make things smoother, as I'm writing this email they have been late for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I called the office but they only told me to wait and turned out not picking up my calls anymore later, I don't know what's the situation and the property agent is going to inspect the property in the afternoon as I also got work and lectures to complete before 2 pm. I am disappointed. Edit: they found another great driver for me and my family came over to help.

Nightmare moving experience I have moved many time before and this was hands down the worst experience that I have ever had. It took them 13 hours to move a half empty 2 bedroom apartment to 15 minutes down the road. They insisted on being paid for the full 13 hours on the night at 12.30am and only after numerous emails and calls was I refunded 6 hours. The removalists were rude and aggressive. It started with 3 attempts to have the empty boxes delivered to me prior to my move, the first two times arranged for the delivery no one turned up and there was not contact or communication at all. On the day they came unprepared to do the move. I was promised portarobes, which arrived but without a rod to hang clothes. They would disappear for hours at a time to the truck. They half packed the truck and insisted that they could not fit more and would therefore need do a second trip. They threatened to leave things in the lobby when it wouldn’t fit in the elevator, they threatened to leave my washing machine and dryer at my old place. They made ridiculous excuses as to why the move took so long asserting that there was difficult access at both the pick up and drop of locations which was untrue, they parked right outside the front of the building at both ends. They damaged a washing machine and dryer that cost $270 to repair, which they have refused to reimburse me for. This was the most unprofessional, stressful moving experience I have ever had. You frankly would be better off moving the things by hand by yourself – it would be faster than these people.

Great job by Sam and Danny, the boys were spot on time for pick up and drop off. The service was fantastic, carried boxes and furniture up three storeys of stairs exactly where we wanted. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner, exactly what is needed when moving house. All in all one of the better experiences I've had with any business, highly recommended.

Used this company to move a 1 one bedroom apartment. The workers were really good. However I realized after my final payment to them that they had overcharged me. They would not return my called initially and then promised to refund the overcharged amount but still no refund after numerous attempts. I am being forced to lodge a complaint with the office of fair trading to have the amount refunded. Very disappointing.

Martin and cloud move 2 bedroom apartment done in reasonable hours. We're on time and must use this company. They wrap all my furniture and did not complain about heavy items will use again if we need to move.

Pick and Pack are an excellent choice. Sam and Andrew were on time and very speedy - my one bedder was moved in under three hours - completely seamless process. Communication with James was easy and reliable too and based on a few quotes I got, these guys are also competitive price wise. A great experience - highly recommend.
