Not worth the 1 star. An hour and 40 minutes late then had absolutely no idea how to lift furniture let alone pack it in a truck. When we got to the other end they unloaded the truck but did not bring it into the house. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. It is not a business and they DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE. They are as dodgy as they come. They damaged 50% of our furniture. Their response was that it was old. It may not have been brand new but it was not damaged the way it is now. If you want your things to arrive the way they originally were DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Do not hire these people! They arrived nearly 2 hours late, didn’t know how to lift furniture/complained about how heavy the furniture was, had no idea how to reverse or pack the truck, took an insane amount of time to pack the furniture into the truck and then once they got to the destination they dumped all the furniture under the carport and said that they were finished and we had to do the rest and then proceeded to eat their lunch in our driveway. They damaged most of the furniture (rips and tears in mattresses, bed heads, bases and scuffs and cracks in bedside tables and drawers) We contacted them and was told that it’s not their fault and it must’ve been there beforehand (it definitely wasn’t) and said they wont do anything to compensate for the damages.

We booked for removalist to come at 8am. Waited till 830am no phone call I had to call them to find out where truck was. Was told wont be here till 920am they arrived at 940am not good enough. When arriving had no idea how to reverse a truck took them 20 minutes. Then took them 20 minutes to pack one king size bed head had no idea on how to pack a truck. Then complained that furniture was too heavy what the hell they said they were professionals when I asked them how long have you been doing this his reply was 1 mths. Are you kidding me had no idea on how to lift anything at all had to tell them on how to lift.they drag our mattress on the concrete floor didn't give a shit. When asked if they were insured his reply was its OK don't worry about it. Then arrived to other house had no idea on how to take a fridge out of the truck. They left all the furniture under the car port and said that's it we are done. Then they went sat in the drive way having there stupid curry I said what are you doing we are having our lunch. In our drive way I said can please go. As they left we had to take everything inside ourselves then we had noticed that the bed had 3 rips in it king size mattress as we'll. So I called the company her response was that my bed he'd and mattress was old sorry but only 2 years old. I want to warn any one out please do not use this company for anything as they have no idea on how to run a business no abn no insurance and no idea how to do a job. As I will be taking this further will be seeking legal advice people like this should be out of business.please share this with everyone you know.

This is for their cleaning service! No show, waited 1.5 hours to get a call back, waiting patiently for someone to rock up and clean our apartment. After i complained the manager said "its not her responsibility, its the one of her cleaners to show up", but i definitely know its hers when it comes to money. Absolut joke of a business, on top they want to charge people $110 for late cancellation fee, but don't take any leap towards the customer's if they screw up. Good luck
