James came out did a quote I walked through James marking all items to the list received quote and we accepted then the day of loading we had to leave behind furniture and not small ones we only have one lounge had to leave behind massive tv cabinet, coffee table and dining side table, mower and small items. Very expensive sentimental furniture no one is coming back to us after multiple emails, calls and texts. How can you calculate volume upon furniture without any measurements. The guys whom did the actual loading was the best that was it
