I paid for the full pack and move service for my 4-bedroom house, only to be graced by a single, lone ranger to handle the entire job. Kudos to the one person who showed up—they must have been part superhero. But seriously, one person?! The experience was like a bad comedy sketch. Picture this: me, after a full day of work, assisting in packing up my own house well into the night, all while trying to maintain some semblance of sanity as Christmas loomed ever closer. The only thing missing was a laugh track. Thank you, NC Removals, for turning what should have been a smooth move into an episode of "How Not to Relocate." If you enjoy unnecessary stress and last-minute physical labor, this is the company for you. For everyone else, avoid them like the plague.
WARNING: * Thinking of using a removalist to pack and transport? Do not use NC Removalists / NC Logistics or any other name they are using from now on. Lie, deceit and threaten is how they roll. Everything on their website is a lie. (I have proof, this is why I can state this) Multiple ABNs which I should have checked out beforehand. The threats rangeing from laughable to concerning. I stood my ground and won. Dodgy from day one to the end of day two but too late to reschedule before settlement date and time. Avoid at all cost. Spread the word. Happy to answer questions. They have been reported.
Be careful when you choose NC Removals Newcastle, Elite Removalists Gold Coast, Capital Removal Canberra (running by the same group), especially when you need a Tax Invoice after the service. BEWARE !!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They were a complete NO SHOW after my move was confirmed. The day came and one arrived and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I was left in the lerch and I have since still not got ahold of anyone or had any of my calls or messages returned
AVOID. No showed the day of our move and zero communication at all.
