My home renovation with Allan and the team from Scotia was quite seamless, however it took a bit longer than originally planned. All team members were curtious and respectful. They all communicated well and turned up when they said they would. The quality of the work is of a high standard and Allan’s knowledge guided me well through the decision making processes through the build. I’m really happy with the results and we are loving our new space to live in. I would recommend their services if you were thinking of renovations, small or large.

Allan and his team were great to deal with. They installed a French door and window set with a merbu step where we used to have an ugly aluminium window, built a new side picket fence with a gate that matches the style of our older fence, and also built a boundary fence. Lachie and Pat were the chippies who did the work for us. They were friendly and trustworthy and we were happy with their work. They took some extra steps in particular tasks to get the work done right, and last as long as possible, rather than cutting every corner possible. We appreciated that, and it built our confidence in their workmanship. Allan and his team were honest, easy to communicate with, and kept us updated as appropriate. I wouldn't hesitate in considering Scotia for future works at our place.

Professional, on time and quality workmanship During a bathroom reno I needed a wall to be braced and stumps to be fixed Scotia has a team of professional carpenters who ensured the work was done to an extremely high standard. They were able to fit around my schedule and were always on time

He identified a historical water leak problem and helped me fix it, which he didn’t have to. I’m so thankful for him and his team!!! If it hadn’t been Allan and Scotia, this problem could have been there for another few years and could have caused damages to the apt. My neighbours also told me that Scotia’s staff members were so good! They kept the area clean and they were super friendly. I’ll 100% recommend Scotia to anyone who needs flooring service!
