Stratco Hervey Bay

Ordering was easy, staff very helpful with click and collect. Assembly instructions and Youtube video need to improve. High level stuff but key details missed or assumed, meant I had to have a couple of goes at it.

The staff at Stratco Hervey Bay were not a pleasure to deal with. They didn't return phone calls, ordered products that were not the correct measurements given. Picking up the ordered materials was a nightmare with the opening hours. We called to arrange pick up on a Saturday and the response was 'People don't usually pick up on a Saturday'. It was like we were an inconvenience for just wanting the products we paid for.

The web site search is very inaccurate. The online process was easy and the order was ready promptly. However, I did not realise that the Hervey Bay store closed early so I arrived at 4.05pm. I then could not get back to the store for a few days to collect my items, which was inconvenient. My item was as described and easy to assemble.

Great sturdy cupboard with shelving that is deeper than most. Only negative is instruction pamphlet isn't that clear in some of the steps, however watching the Stratco assembly video online helps.

Salesman was friendly and greeting, nothing was to much, and no question was a stupid question by myself. Told him the dimensions of fence I required, he did up a quote and got my business. Couldn't ask for much more.

Excellent customer service. Thank you to the staff who assembled a storage chest for me, I would never have been able to do. Much appreciated.
