While the service and products were reasonably good, this two stars is a reflection of my disgust at enormous delivery price for a tiny order. It's half my fault, I was told the delivery cost in advance, so I had the chance to postpone and price around, even Bunnings would have been half this price. But am still lodging this review to hopefully warn other people who are looking at a small order, which are usually for repairs to existing fences. Which I understand is very common. To deliver the tiny order of 3 sheets of Trimline fencing which goes in to make one Colorbond panel and ONE 1370mm top rail, the delivery of 16km was $80 + GST. $88! Almost 50 % of the materials cost. Look at what you can send interstate or overseas for that price. I sent an enquiry asking why it was so high - when the order was so small. A whole fence, say 25 meters which might take up half the truck space would also cost the same to deliver but would involve a tremendous amount of extra manpower, time and machinery in getting the order together, loading onto the truck and unloading at the site. Not to mention the large extra amount of primed protection panels and plastic packaging, and extra weight for increased fuel costs etc etc The reply I got was that the delivery charge is based solely on the distance from their premises to the customer. In my case, only 16 point something km. So what is happening is that customers with tiny orders like this have to pay the same price as large orders, simply because the company has worked out this overly simplistic method which doesn't consider the small orders. Not to mention that it's a bit dishonest anyway, because rarely will their delivery truck make a single trip like this. The truck is loaded up with a certain amount of orders for a run - most likely with the orders favouring a certain radius within each other if possible, so in many cases it might be less distance point to point than what has been paid for. I feel that this company should change this unfair delivery pricing policy to accommodate private people with small orders like this within say, a 20km radius. $35 should be the maximum and they could use their small ute, of which I bet they have at least one, to make these deliveries on assigned days of the week. Then more customers would be happy and would return, rather than never go back there again.

Most incredible service! We purchased a property with a Centsys controlled gate installed. Recently we have had issues and I approached the team thinking i would need to replace the motor/controller. We live regionally, so it can be a challenge to get people out to service things. Mirzet provided email support with instructions on how to resolve the issues. he was so patient and clear with his directions. The issues are resolved as a result of his remote support! When I initially spoke to Mirzet he explained that he is confident int he quality of the product and he stepped me through how to fix the issues. He stand by his products and for good reason. Thank you, we will 100% return in the future and we highly recommend these guys if you're in need of gate automation.

I had a gate and also a colourbond fence on a small limestone retaining wall installed at my property. I was very impressed with the quality of work done and the level of service from initial quote to completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

I have been AA Fencing's regular customer for 8 years. Their colourbond quotes may not be the cheapest,but they have a best team of admins,sales reps and contractors. Everything is working seamlessly among them. So with colourbond fence,I definitely recommend them if customer service,efficiency and reliable contractors are what you looking for .

Could not believe the level of service from FSC, so well organised, pick up was a dream for such a busy company. Congratulations, your level of service will now have me recommending FSC above any other fencing supplier. Oh and the pricing is far and above the most competitive in Perth, well done.
