Fantastic service. I was able to drop my robot in early morning and they ran a diagnostic then and there. Power on the computer was the issue, and they sorted a solution for me straight away. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Even had a follow up call later in the afternoon to make sure I was happy with the service. Absolutely will be back if I have any issues in future. Highly recommend them.

Had my Maytronic X30 cleaner inspected as it had stopped working properly. They had results within an hour and two different quotes for me; one of which was the essentials to get it running again and the other was to get it properly refreshed and running shmick. It’s rare that companies don’t try to upsell so this was really appreciated and of course I trusted them then to carry out all repairs and refurbishments. The cleaner was then ready on the same day for collection. Couldn’t rate these guys enough for Maytronic equipment, and their professionalism.

Very happy with the efficient service given by Grant and his team today, my robot died and I was able to replace it with a cordless dolphin, with an RRP of 2800 for 1800 for a brand new unit sealed in a box. 3 yr warranty. Can't see a better deal anywhere.

These guys are always great. I've been using pool robotics for a number of years to keep an aging Zodiac cleaner running and they have always responded with help and friendly advice. I'm at a point where I look forward to my machine breaking down so I can draw on their assistance. Always a pleasure!
