Fast work and experienced people, they very gentle for handle my items but not waste any second. Three people work and they all keep work and not waste a second. Experienced team lead for move all you need into your door. I booked two drop off locations and they come with two trucks, a big 14t truck for large house and one small one for last drop off location for three items only, they think all possible cases other than me because one of my drop off location may with limited space they get a small truck for it. We had a great experience with the team! They communicated often and clearly before and during the moving process, which helped reduce stress. They found an expensive ring that had fallen behind furniture and immediately bought it to our attention. Highly recommend!

I've used this service a couple of times. The first time they took a long time to pack and unpack I asked them to do some extra moving on the day but they definately took longer and broke a headboard on a bed. The 2nd time was terrible. They brought a very small truck and only 2 men so they had to do 2 trips, they brought in another guy part the way through the move because I message the boss about the issues. They were not efficient and it cost me a fortune and later I found they had broken an outlet in the back of my washing machine. I emailed them and they answered saying they'd buy the part and asked the details of my machine. I wrote back to ask them to also send someone to fix it and I never heard from him again. Choose another company to move you.

Booked our removalists move a week ago. From booking with Matt and requesting for a big truck which he has confirmed to sending the 3 man crew, it was all easy peasy. The guys, Allen, Kass & Mike did a very good job. It was an 8.5 hours of non-stop hard yakka. Didn't hear any complain from them. Always smiling and telling some stories while still hauling things. Very happy with the job. Good job guys even if there are breakage here and there. Still 5 stars for these guys
